A Fortnite Chapter 3 teaser trailer has leaked online ahead of this weekend’s Chapter 2 finale event, and the contents of the brief trailer seem to confirm the fan theories that have been swirling for weeks now. Below you’ll find a link to the trailer, but we should stress that spoiler-sensitive players should be wary of watching it. Though it’s just a few seconds long, it seems to reveal part of the outcome of the Chapter 2 finale that will happen on December 4.

The teaser was first discovered by @cooper17571967 who said they came across the ad on TikTok. It was then shared to a much larger audience by prominent Fortnite content creator and dataminer iFireMonkey, who confirmed its validity due to the origins of the video pointing back to a private dumping grounds Epic apparently uses to stash forthcoming marketing materials.

We’re sharing iFireMonkey’s post because he ensured it would not auto-play by linking out to it in his tweet, rather than embedding it directly. This is your final spoiler warning. The video and the rest of this article will include specific details regarding what’s shown in the teaser.

The short teaser shows a squad looking out toward the island of Apollo, when suddenly something catches their attention and seems to instill fear in them–perhaps the Cube Queen?

After a brief montage, we see Agent Jones, AKA Jonesy, looking out to the Chapter 2 island while he’s floating in the water. The island then begins to rotate end over end, seemingly revealing a whole new world on the other side of the terrain. For weeks, Fortnite insiders have teased players with the phrase “catch you on the flipside,” and it’s been believed that their words were an indication of exactly what we see in the teaser.

The other important factor in all of this is The Bridge. According to Fortnite lore, The Bridge is where the Zero Point is safely stored, and it’s also supposedly the way to cross from Apollo to the new island, rumored to be named Artemis. The Bridge first appeared in Fortnite as the map for Impostors, giving us new lore to uncover and adding a few new mysteries too. It seems this proverbial (or perhaps even literal) bridge will play an important role very soon.

Fortnite Chapter 3 is nearly here. Let’s get weird.
