Tourism’s on the decline in Ijincho, so what’s the best solution? Lightweight Kappa statues to draw in visitors to the Yokohama district, and possibly a few other delinquents as well. In Lost Judgment, one civil servant’s grand plan to revitalize the area has gone awry, and it’s up to private eye Takayuki Yagami to track down seven of the Kappa statues that have gone missing. Here’s where you can find each one.

Kappa Statue Location #1

After starting the Where The Kappa Roam sidecase, Yagami can check his phone for reports of the missing Kappa. One has been thrown into the trash, and can be located on East Central Street, just past Isezakai road:

Pick up the statue, and the councilor will show up to reward you with some cash and Skill Points for all your hard work.

Kappa Statue Location #2

To find the second Kappa, head down to the vagrant park on Tsurukame bridge and keep your eyes open for a mad jogger:

You’ll have to chase him down, as the fitness fanatic is convinced that the foam statue has given him super-strength and so he has decided to incorporate it into his exercise program. Catch up and talk some sense into him, and you’ll have saved a second statue from a life of Crossfit torment.

Kappa Statue Location #3

Near the Bar District, you can find a fisherman angling for the catch of a lifetime:

Help him reel in his prey, and you’ll find out that he hooked one of the missing Kappa statues instead of a big fish. Thankfully, he’s entirely uninterested in taking home a foam statue and mounting it above his fireplace, so the catch of the day is all yours. Three Kappa statues down, four more to go.

Kappa Statue Location #4

The fourth Kappa statue is an easy one to find. Travel to the baseball field and drone racing registration close to the west carriage highway. On the field, you’ll find that the local soccer players have drafted a Kappa to serve as a goalie:

Recover the Kappa statue before it’s beheaded by a stray soccer ball, and you’ll be more than halfway done with the quest.

Kappa Statue Location #5

Another easy part of the mission chain, the fifth Kappa statue can be located at the bottom of the South Sakura River street. Home to the original Kappa statue, this durable concrete monument apparently has a sibling:

Walk up to the statue, collect it, and there’ll be just two more to collect.

Kappa Statue Location #6

This statue is slightly trickier to acquire. Head down to the vagrant camp near the Tsurukame bridge and listen to a conversation being held by two men. One of them will mention finding the statue, and taking it to a nearby pawn store where he made some quick cash:

You’ll have to listen to the conversation in its entirety, but once you do, head over to Benten Pawn on Misaki street, where you can purchase the missing Kappa statue for cheap.

Hand it over, and it’s time to find the final statue.

Kappa Statue Location #7

So where is the elusive seventh and final Kappa statue? In the headquarters of Yokohama Section 99! Sugiura found it and brought it back to the detective agency, so that Tsukumo would have a target dummy to test new gadgets on. With the final statue accounted for, you’ll have officially solved the case and helped bring some new tourism into Ijincho as an added bonus.
