The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and Bethesda is re-releasing the game once again with an Anniversary Edition. A new trailer for the game has now arrived ahead of the game’s launch on November 11, showcasing what’s included in the bundle. And it’s a lot.

The Anniversary Edition comes with the base game, the three major expansions (Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn), as well as new gear and magic systems. Fishing is included as well. Additionally, all Creation Club content is featured in the re-release.

The Anniversary Edition costs $50 USD, but people who own the Skyrim Special Edition can upgrade for $20 USD. People who already own the Special Edition will get the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S enhancements for free. This includes “enhanced graphics, faster loading times, and more.”

November 11 is a very big day for new releases. GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition also releases that day alongside a re-release of the fan-favorite Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic for Nintendo Switch.

Bethesda’s Todd Howard has said of Skyrim’s longevity, “If you want us to stop releasing it, stop buying it.” The Skyrim flood continues with a Skyrim board game, too.

Bethesda is currently developing a successor, The Elder Scrolls VI. It’s still some time off, but Howard recently talked about how it will have deeper systems and social elements. On the more immediate horizon is Bethesda’s sci-fi RPG Starfield, which releases in November 2022.
