The Steiner Brothers made their debut in 1989 and quickly became one of the most celebrated tag teams. Starting in the Mid-Atlantic territories and later, WCW, they won the WCW Tag Team Titles seven times and the United States Tag Team Titles once.
Jumping to WWE in the early ’90s, the Michigan-born brothers quickly made history by appearing on the first episode of Monday Night Raw taking on the Executioners, and the duo eventually won the WWE Tag Team Champions twice, beating Money, Inc. both times during June of 1993.
The Steiners returned to WCW in 1996 and took on the new breed of talent there from Harlem Heat to the Outsiders, winning more tag gold along the way. When the brothers broke up, both won singles championships as well, with Scott winning the WCW World Championship in 2000.
The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will take place Friday, April 1 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas as part of Wrestlemania Week. The event will stream live exclusively on Peacock in the U.S. and WWE Network everywhere else.
