Glaives are a new weapon type introduced in Destiny 2: The Witch Queen–players were able to craft a Legendary Glaive at the beginning of the campaign. After completing the campaign and the Hard Evidence quest, players were excited to get their hands on the class-specific Exotic Glaives but had to wait for the World’s First completion of the Vow of the Disciple raid to get the final steps. To get to the Report: Reverse-Lure Exotic quest, you’ll need to complete a string of smaller quests at the Evidence Board and work your way up. Finishing each quest will give you a Throne World weapon reward, as well.
There are three types of Exotic Glaives with unique abilities you can deploy on impact after consuming energy from kills.
- Edge of Concurrence, Hunter: Unleashes a chain lighting that tracks targets.
- Edge of Intent, Warlocks: Creates a healing turret.
- Edge of Action, Titans: Creates a protective bubble.
Report: Resonance-Comp
Firstly, pick up the Report: Resonance-Comp quest and head to the three locations marked on your map. Scan the area and defeat the enemies to pick up Resonant Runes.
The Report: Resonance-Comp quest at the Evidence Board.
Next, head down into Witch’s Echo–from the Quagmire or Miasma–to get the Osmic Fragment. The entire Evidence Board story revolves around this fragment, so head back to the Enclave and report your findings–you’ll need to report back after completing every quest.
Report: Altar-Reflect
After you grab the Altar-Reflect report, you should see the quest marker on your map called the Altar of Reflection: Catalyst. At the quest location, use Deepsight to align Savathun’s symbol and enter the portal.
The Altar of Reflection Ordered Challenge puzzle for Altar of Reflection: Catalyst.
You’ll have to complete another set of puzzles where you need to look at the arrangement of symbols from left to right and jump into the pools in that order. After completing the mission, log your findings at the Enclave–completing this mission also unlocks weekly Altar of Reflection activities.
Report: Scorn-Order
Ikora’s Hidden intelligence group is still trying to understand Immaur’s intentions with the Osmic Fragment and task you with a Scorn-Order.
You need to attack challenging Scorn when patrolling the Throne World, but you can complete it quickly if you do a Scorn Public event. Enemies will drop Marching Order motes to pick up. The Quagmire and Miasma regions have plenty of Scorn to hunt down. Also, you’ll need to complete the Wellspring activity then log and review your findings once again at the Evidence Board. If the Wellspring activity is not available, you probably have to progress further in the post-campaign Of Queens and Worms Exotic quest.
If you get a Deepsight Resonance Tarnation grenade launcher or Come to Pass auto rifle, keep it for the next quest.
Report: Relic-Data
Complete the short Throne World quest from Fynch called Trust Goes Both Ways to get the Report: Relic-Data quest. Out of all of the quests on the Evidence Board, this one is the most time and resource-consuming.
First, you need to Shape the following Throne World weapons at the Relic: Likely Suspect fusion rifle, Red Herring rocket launcher, and Empirical Evidence sidearm. Attune these Resonance weapons to extract their resources and Patterns to Shape the weapon.
The next step will require you to complete multiple rounds of Wellspring for two Come to Pass and two Tarnation weapons for their Deepsight Resonance versions. These drops are random, so it may take a different amount of time for other players to complete this step–keep in mind that Wellspring weapons rotate daily.
After completing the Attunement on all four weapons, head to the Relic at the Enclave to craft your weapons. You should be actively playing with Resonance weapons to gather their resources for crafting, and if you have enough, you can complete the last step for this quest that asks you to Reshape a weapon with enhanced traits.
Report: Steps-Retraced
To get Steps-Retraced, you need to level up with Fynch to access weekly replayable story missions. Steps-Retraced is straightforward: Defeat Champions in weekly missions on any difficulty for Insight–Finishers drop additional Insight.
Play through the entire mission first since that’s one of the requirements for the quest, and get Insight from Champions. If you don’t get enough Insight, you can re-do the mission or farm the first Champion you see.
Report: Pyramid-Inspect
After the World’s First race ended for the Vow of the Disciple raid, players were able to get the final quest called Pyramid-Inspect. For this quest, the Preservation mission’s recommended power level is 1540, and only players who have this quest can enter the mission. It’s easy to solo since the mission is divided into multiple waves of enemies, making it predictable. You’ll need to complete the Preservation mission and defeat the Scorn to get Resonant Runes.
Collect the nodes and return to the glowing vehicle.
The first part of the mission will have you collect orange, glowing nodes around the area. You can collect three at a time, and the bottom left of your screen will say Overflowing Knowledge. Deposit the nodes at the floating vehicle. After depositing all nodes from that area, the vehicle will move pretty quickly so jump on immediately. If you stay too far from the vehicle, you’re going to get consumed by the Darkness. If needed, cleanse yourself by standing near the vehicle.
The Knowledge and Drink symbols showing up after defeating the Chieftan.
In the second part, defeat the Scorn and the Corrupted Chieftans in one of the rooms–defeating the Chieftain should reveal a symbol. This area has multiple rooms with symbols above them, head to the next room with the matching symbol. If you’re having trouble finding the correct room, look at your radar to see where the enemies are spawning and head there.
Defeat the three Fanatic’s Chosen bosses and review the case to get the Exotic quest.
Exotic Glaive quest Report: Reverse-Lure
Remove the Osmic Fragment from the Board and plant it in Queen’s Bailey in Savathun’s Throne World, next to the Florescent Canal. This quest is like a mini spy mission. You’ll then need to defeat the Lucent Brood and take the Osmic Fragment back to the Evidence Board to log the last report.
Crafting the Exotic Glaive Edge of Concurrence at the Relic.
Completing this quest gives you the Exotic Glaive Pattern for crafting at the Relic. Luckily, crafting this Exotic weapon doesn’t use any of your resources.
This is one of the many exciting Exotic weapons you can get in The Witch Queen. Check out the Osteo Striga Exotic SMG, the wormy Parasite grenade launcher, and the Dead Messenger grenade launcher from Season of the Risen.
