PlayStation Plus subscribers will get free access to six games in November, twice the normal amount, thanks to a trio of PlayStation VR titles coming to Sony’s subscription service. But the main November 2021 PS Plus lineup consists of dodgeball game Knockout City, social deduction game First Class Trouble, and the remastered re-release of action-RPG Kingdoms of Amalur.
Those three games — plus PlayStation VR titles The Persistence (developed by Sony-owned studio Firesprite), The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, and Until You Fall — will go live on PlayStation Plus on Nov. 2.
Knockout City, from Velan Studios and Electronic Arts, will be available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The colorful dodgeball game launched in May and features a strong emphasis on cooperative team-based play, so bring a friend.
First Class Trouble (for PS4 and PS5) is a social-deduction party game for six players. In online games, players assume the role of either Residents or Personoids aboard a luxury space cruiser. The Residents work together to shut down a rogue artificial intelligence while Personoids will conspire to stop them.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is the questionably named remaster of Big Huge Games and 38 Studios’ action role-playing game from 2012. It’s coming to PS4 via PlayStation Plus.
Those three games will be available to download through Monday, Dec. 6, while the trio of PlayStation VR titles will be available through PS Plus through Jan. 3, 2022.
PlayStation Plus subscribers can still download October’s games — Mortal Kombat X and PGA Tour 2K21 for PlayStation 4, and World War II multiplayer shooter Hell Let Loose for PlayStation 5 — through Nov. 1.
