Now that the Road to Wrestlemania is far behind us, WWE can focus on the future, and that future has wrestlers trapped in a giant red cage, fighting each other, thunderdome style–the Mad Max one, not the WWE Thunderdome. The focus of Hell in a Cell is, of course, the titular match. For the 2022 PPV, Cody Rhodes will face Seth Rollins in this gimmick match, marking the third straight PPV the two have battled. Here’s everything you need to know about the Hell in a Cell PPV.
Airing on Sunday, June 5, the annual WWE event will take place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont Illinois, right outside of Chicago. While the title of the PPV is “Hell in a Cell,” only one of the matches on the card–as of this writing–actually takes place in the dreaded structure. Check out the start times for the event below.

How to watch:
If you want to watch Hell in a Cell, you can get it through your satellite or cable provider or watch it on the Peacock streaming service. And while it does have a free tier, you will not be able to watch the WWE event through that. You’ll need a Premium ($5 a month, with ads) or Premium Plus Peacock ($10 a month, no ads) account. Regardless of which tier you choose, there will be a few WWE-related ads throughout the show.
There are multiple ways to watch Peacock. Aside from watching it on mobile devices and on the PC, you can stream the service on Amazon Fire devices, Android TV, Apple TV, LG Smart TVs, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Roku, Samsung Smart TVs, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xfinity, and more.
Outside of Rhodes vs. Rollins III, there are some highly-anticipated matches, like Bianca Belair defending her Raw Women’s Championship against two former champs: Asuka and Becky Lynch. The buildup toward this match has been a lot of fun and featured Big Time Becks cutting some fantastic promos. Additionally, Edge’s group Judgment Day will take on the team of Finn Bálor, AJ Styles & Liv Morgan–which doesn’t have a cool name yet. Will the team primarily made up of former Bullet Club members be able to take down evil Edge, or will Liv Morgan end up turning on them and joining Judgment Day? Check out the full match card below.

Predictions:
Much like everyone else on the internet, we here at GameSpot also like to predict the winners and losers of each PPV. On this week’s episode of Wrestle Buddies–GameSpot’s wrestling podcast–Mat is making predictions on his own as Chris is out of town. Luckily, Mat is joined by PredictionBot 3000 v2.0 as well, so get ready for more references to Colin Firth. Check out the full episode below.
