Seth Rollins enters the arena
During his match against Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins came to the ring with The SHIELD’s music, through the crowd, wearing his old SHIELD attire. He was trying to get into the head of Reigns, and it worked. It also made wrestling fans go nuts.
Women’s Royal Rumble
Here are some of the surprise entrants from that battle.
- Melina (No. 2)
- Cameron (No. 13)
- Ivory (No. 18)
- Alicia Fox (No. 21)
- Sarah Logan (No. 25)
- Mighty Molly (No. 27)
- Ronda Rousey (No. 28)
Surprisingly, one of those surprise entrants actually won the women’s Rumble match: Ronda Rousey. One of the other cool moments was Nikki A.S.H. attacking Mighty Molly–so we got two superhero wrestlers duking it out.
Additionally, Ivory came to the ring in her Right to Censor outfit–with that unforgettable entrance music–taunting everyone on the mic. It was a perfect moment for fans.
Men’s Royal Rumble
The surprises were few and far between.
- Drew McIntyre (No. 21)
- Bad Bunny (No. 27)
- Shane McMahon (No. 28)
- Brock Lesnar (No. 30)
Kofi’s spot doesn’t go well
Kofi Kingston is known for his acrobatics during the Rumble match. For years, he’s done some amazing feats. This year, it didn’t go as planned.
After being knocked off the top rope, Kingston was supposed to land on the barricade, with his feet dangling above the ground. However, gravity wouldn’t allow him to do it, and his feet touched the ground. Sadly, he was eliminated.
