Star Ocean: Anamnesis - Accessories List (Global version)

This is Star Ocean: Anamnesis List of Accessories which is updated depending on the current meta of Global version.

You can use the list as your reference. This list and all of description and/or analysis are not absolute since this is still based only on community/personal assessments and calculation.

Note to players:

  • Gray colour indicates a limited-time weapon.
  • Atk/Int stats are derived from the weapon at level 20.
  • LB Factor Level is the limit break level at which the third factor is unlocked on the weapon (if applicable)

Not recommended due to it's inconsistencies, much safer to use a unit in order to resist freezing due to 50% not being reliable. Use as DEF stat stick if you're lazy (and don't want to unequip units when switching characters).

Hope you got a couple copies/10 Great accessory to use, doesn't stack with talents but for the current meta-game, it is the go to. Flat damage reduction is great.

Not very useful. You can throw this on a DPS if you want, but HIT has very little impact on crit chance unless your HIT reaches 1100+. Run Resolve or Protection if you have it. Use as DEF stat stick if you're lazy (and don't want to unequip units when switching characters).

First real damage accesory/10
Excellent accesory, its own downside being that it's not MLB-able at the moment, meaning less DEF if choosing to run it. Crit rate pre-rush is an excellent invisible damage booster (the first acc to do so) and stun rate is great when lacking either in talents.

Beats Snow God. INT damage is at least a quantifiable stat with visible benefits, and has the bonus of not being common on too many units. However, when paired with SMyu/Reimi, this has no use aside from stat stick. MLB'able as well. Thankfully, it stacks with regular damage taken.

30% Chance to survive a fatal blow, if HP is 10% or above
Millioneyes (Achievement)A slight talent upgrade to the Resolve accessory, which unfortunately we can't MLB. HP isn't bad and for what it's worth it stacks with other talents, given that HP is a pre-battle stat buff. 30% chance also visually looks better than 20%. Overall quite usable, consider on Maria/SMyuria when not running something offensive.
Anti-silence Amulet IV75350% Chance of Silence NullificationBlood Valkyrie (Event Shop)

Michael (Achievement)Average accessory, does stack with regular DMG reduction (like Maria), and adds a little bit with GRD. Otherwise, a stat stick, though notably does likely perform as well as an MLB accessory for DEF alone.

Executioner (Event Shop)

Executioner (Drop)
HIT +10% for shooters, mainly Maria, a decent substitute for Snow God, and also comes with INT damage down as a bonus. Pretty decent accessory for units who can't run something else (Hawkeye, Protection).

Pumpkin Cryptvine (Event Shop)

Pumpkin Cryptvine (Drop)
Decent, damage taken is reasonable, and poison resist, while small, is at least bundled with something useful. Good for new players to grab a few copies, may want to lvl10 multiples if drops are not kind, or a few MLB if lucky.

Pumpkin Cryptvine (Achievement, M2)Excellent. 30/10 guts in addition to a free increase in damage makes this another damage boosting accessory, which aren't common yet. High base stats help mitigate not being able to MLB this.
Eagle Eye CharmChance of causing stun +10%Pumpkin Cryptvine (Achievement, Gacha Box)Reasonable, slight offensive boost thanks to stun %, though unfortunate that it doesn't come with another stat.

Geared Wisp (Gacha Box, Drop, Stage Clear Bonus)It's okay, it does its job on the Nier units which it comes with to help keep their HP topped off from minor incidental damage from trash mobs before the boss floor. MLBable.

Cures Status Ailments when DMG is Nullified by Evasion
Geared Wisp (Achievement, Drop)Certainly an interesting accessory. It's not amazing, but again has synergy on the Nier units for keeping their health high for doing something that you should be doing anyway. The guaranteed status clear is quite nice for bosses where statuses are common. May be useful for newbies in maze.

Colossal Beak (Exchange, Drop)Weak 25% chance on both status, will rarely be useful aside from a trophy or DEF statstick.

Colossal Beak (Exchange)Minor regen is decent for topping up minor DMG for specific comps, like Nier-based teams. Paired with a low guts, may occasionally save you.

Colossal Beak (Exchange)High base DEF makes this a solid statstick even at low LBs.
Golden Coro Necklace-10% ATK DMG Taken

30% Chance of Surviving a Lethal Attack at 10% HP or more
Christmas Horndevil (Achievement, Exchange, Drop)30/10 guts, minor ATK DMG. A reasonable defensive accessory which can be MLB'd.
